Abstract

The invention relates to a pressure cooker, a pot cover assembly thereof and a reset mechanism for an exhaust valve. The rest mechanism comprises a lever, a rotating part, a first reset part, a pull rod and a locking part. The pull rod can move in the radial direction of a pot cover body, an abutting part is arranged at one end of the lever and used for abutting against a pot tooth of a pot body,and the other end of the pull rod is used for driving the locking part to move; when the abutting part abuts against the pot tooth of the pot body, the pull rod drives the locking part to move so as to make the locking part remove locking limit of the rotating part. When the limit role of the locking part does not exist, the rotating part can rotate to the reset position from the exhaust positionunder the drive of the firer reset part, and correspondingly, the exhaust valve is reset to be a sealing state.
