When the water body to be treated gets close to the bank, the water body sequentially passes through all the areas with the different horizontal positions and is buffered by the planted plants, and the problem offlushing to the protecting bank is solved. Direct surface runoff pollutants sequentially pass through all the areas, and nitrogen and phosphorus are reduced greatly.
