After heavy metal content detection, the dry sludge can be classified into different grades to be used as compost for farmers or to be as fuel for fuel suppliers. The invention solves the problems that due to high water content, the residual activated sludge is difficult to be effectively used in the prior art, and the method is suitable for large-scale intensive treatment and reclamation of residual activated sludge.
