rhenium solution. The equipment comprises a feeding unit, a resin pretreatment unit, an adsorption unit, a directional
impurity removal unit, a sectional
elution unit, a circulating enrichment unit and an evaporative
crystallization unit which are controlled by a
control unit in a centralized manner, a resin pretreatment unit with an annular
distributor is arranged at the top of the adsorption column, uniform
backwashing and
ammonium activation are realized, impurities are selectively removed through a directional
impurity removal unit after adsorption, and low-concentration eluent flows back to the adsorption column for secondary adsorption and enrichment through a sectional
elution and circulating enrichment unit; feeding the high-concentration
rhenium-rich liquid into an evaporative
crystallization unit, and returning mother liquid to a
system for circulation; therefore, through integrated integration and full-process
automatic control, efficient adsorption, deep
impurity removal, internal circulation concentration and high-purity
crystallization of low-concentration
rhenium are achieved, and the technical problems that in a traditional process, the adsorption rate is low, the product purity is insufficient, high-energy-consumption external concentration equipment is depended on, and operation is complex are solved.
