An aero-engine health management is disclosed, comprising: acquiring engine-related data relating to the aero-engine to be managed; reading engine related data; extracting first valid data adapted toa predicted state of the engine and second valid data adapted to a predicted fault; performing feature analysis on the first valid data and the second valid data, respectively; the first valid data after the feature analysis is used as the theoretical input of the engine to complete the judgment of the engine to be predicted state, and the second valid data after the feature analysis is used as the theoretical input of the engine to be predicted fault to complete the judgment of the engine to be predicted fault. An aero-engine health management apparatus and system are also disclosed.
