Embodiment

[0023] Embodiment: the synthesis of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite single crystal, the reaction device used is as shown in Figure 1, weighs 0.125gPbBr 2 Place in a 50ml conical flask, pipette 1.25ml of hydrobromic acid into the conical flask, pipette 4ul of N,N-dimethylethylenediamine with a 1-10ul pipette and add to the front In the resulting solution, seal the mouth of the Erlenmeyer flask with a thin film and ultrasonically 8-10min in an ultrasonic cleaner to obtain the following: Picture 1-1 For the precursor solution shown in , connect a constant pressure funnel filled with 8ml of acetone to the Erlenmeyer flask, close the cock, and let it stand for 2-3d. The obtained single crystal was washed with acetone and dried in vacuum for 12 hours, and the obtained perovskite single crystal was obtained.

[0024] Place the single crystal obtained in the above examples under a fluorescent lamp, such as diagram 2-1 As shown; take an appropriate amount of the single crystal p...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite monocrystals. The method comprises the steps: 1) dissolving lead bromide in hydrobromic acid, preparing a hydrobromic acid solution of lead bromide with the mass-volume ratio of 0.01 g/mL, and recording the solution as a solution A; 2) adding N,N-dimethyl ethylenediamine to the solution A to obtain a solution B,wherein the molar ratio of lead bromide to N,N-dimethyl ethylenediamine is 1:1; and sealing a container mouth with a thin film, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 8-10 min; 3) carrying out assisted crystallization with acetone: connecting a constant pressure funnel loaded with acetone with a container containing the solution B, closing a cock of the constant pressure funnel, standing for 2-3 d, and removing the liquid to obtain monocrystals; and 4) washing the obtained crystals with acetone, carrying out vacuum drying, and thus obtaining the perovskite monocrystals. The solid light-emitting monocrystals can be synthesized by trace reaction raw materials and can be implemented in general laboratories, and a green, low-cost and highly operable method is provided for volatile solvent diffusion-assisted monocrystal growth.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of solid luminescent nanometer materials, in particular to a method for synthesizing an organic-inorganic perovskite single crystal. Background technique [0002] Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials, since they were used in solar cells in 2009, have attracted extensive attention from researchers due to their excellent photoelectric properties, low cost, simple preparation process, and continuously adjustable energy bands. . Especially in the field of solar cells, perovskite materials have made great progress in the field of optoelectronic devices due to their excellent absorption characteristics, low defect state density, and excellent carrier diffusion distance. Especially for photovoltaics, the efficiency of the cells has reached a certified 22.7% from 3.8%, comparable to commercial crystalline silicon solar cells. However, there are some factors in the synthesis of perovskite materials that li...
