Abstract

The invention discloses a polyurethane foaming agent containing tertiary amine salts and ethanolamine salts. The foaming agent comprises the following components: 1) a first compound mixture (M1) containing organic tertiary amine salt compounds having a general formula (I) which is A<->[B<+>]p, wherein the B<+> is a cation of organic tertiary amine B with +1 valence and the A<-> is CO<3><2->, HCO<3><-> or a combination of the CO<3><2-> and HCO<3><->; and 2) a second compound mixture (M2) containing N-monohydroxyethyl-ammonium carbonate compounds having a general formula (II) which is (RN<+>H3)(N<+>H4)CO<3><2-> and N,N'-bis(hydroxyethyl)-ammonium carbonate compounds having a general formula (III) which is (RN<+>H3)2CO<3><2->, wherein the R is a hydroxyethyl group, and a molar ratio of the compounds of the formula (II) to the compounds of the formula (III) is 1:0 to 1:2.5. The foaming agent is suitable for the preparation of a foam material of polyurethane intermittent slabs.
