The methof of the invention adjusts the heat degree of each video by using the real-time heat degree adjustment formula based on the time decay, which can reflect the heat degree of each video at the current time more accurately, thereby improving the exposure degree of the high-quality video and recommending the high-quality video to the user more effectively.
