Embodiment Construction

[0018] The substantive content of the present invention will be specifically introduced below in conjunction with the embodiments. Due to space reasons, the description of the experimental process cannot be done in great detail. All the parts not described in detail in the experiment are routine operations well known to those skilled in the art.

[0019] 1. Experimental materials

[0020] Human oral cancer KB cells were purchased from ATCC and cultured in DMEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum at 37°C, 5% CO 2 Cells were routinely cultured in a cell incubator, and cells in logarithmic growth phase were used in experiments.

[0021] The chemical structures of the tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives to be tested are shown in the table below. They are self-made or purchased, and the purity is not less than 95%.

[0022]

[0023] DMEM culture medium and fetal bovine serum were purchased from Gibco.

Abstract

The invention discloses application of tetrahydro-beta-carboline derivative to oral cancer resistance. Oral cancer is one of common malignant tumors in the head and neck, in certain oral cancer high-occurrence regions, the new cases each year are up to one fourth of male malignant tumors, after oral cancer treatment, patients often lose certain key organ functions, consequently the life quality ofthe patients is seriously affected, and thus oral cancer prevention and treatment have very important significance. It is found that the tetrahydro-beta-carboline derivative has the significant inhibitory effect on human oral cancer KB cells and can be used for preparing drugs for treating oral cancer, and a parent nucleus and a substituent group of the tetrahydro-beta-carboline derivative significantly affect the treating effect of the tetrahydro-beta-carboline derivative for oral cancer.
