The invention relates to loudness adjustment methods and devices, electronic equipment and a memory medium and mainly relates to the technical field of multimedia. A method comprises the steps of converting a sound signal of a multimedia resource into a first frequency domain signal; obtaining a second frequency domain signal based on the first frequency domain signal and frequency response information of current electronic equipment, wherein the second frequency domain signal is used for reflecting loudness when the first frequency domain signal is played on the current electronic equipment;and adjusting the loudness of the sound signal based on the second frequency domain signal and target loudness, thereby obtaining a target sound signal of the multimedia resource. According to the methods and devices, the electronic equipment and the memory medium, the frequency response information of the current electronic equipment is taken into consideration, and an original signal is converted into the frequency domain signal capable of reflecting the loudness when the signal is played on the current electronic equipment, so the loudness when the adjusted sound signal is played on the current electronic equipment is approximate to the target loudness, the loudness of the sound signal itself is adjusted, moreover, the loudness matches with a hearing characteristic of a user, and adjustment effect of the loudness is good.
