Abstract

The method comprises the steps of defining a shared knowledge base of the intelligent navigation, wherein the shared knowledge base comprises urban road network information and road network traffic information; determining four directions to respectively predict and analyze the traffic flow of road networks at the periphery of the sudden accident, wherein the four directions are from east to west, from west to east, from south to north and from north to south, the analysis of the traffic accident influence range, the sharing ratio analysis of the traffic flow of different roadsections and the prediction of the traffic flow of the road sections within the influence range are included in each direction, and a travel route decision is finally obtained in combination with theanalysis results of the four directions; and finally, obtaining more accurate travel time estimation of each path, wherein the travel route with the shortest time is a decision scheme for the travelpath.
