The invention relates to a track walking device and a track robot, wherein the track walking device is used for walking on a first side rail (300) and a second side rail which are arranged in parallel; the track walking device comprises a walking body (100); a first traveling wheel (200) mounted on a first side of the walking body (100) for walking on a first side rail (300) ; and a second walkingwheel is arranged on a second side of the walking body (100) and used for walking on a second side rail; the track walking device also comprises an elastic limiting device which is arranged on the walking body (100) and used for keeping the first walking wheel (200) and the second walking wheel on the first side rail (300) and the second side rail respectively and being capable of adapting to thewidth change between the first side rail (300) and the second side rail.
