Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrogenation combined processing technology for refinery gas. The hydrogenation combined processing technology comprises the following steps: (a) mixing aviation kerosene crude oil and circulating oil with hydrogen gas in hydrogen dissolving equipment; then conveying a mixture into hydrogenation catalyst bed layers in a hydrogenation reactor under a hydrogenation operation condition; arranging the hydrogen dissolving equipment between the adjacent hydrogenation catalyst bed layers; (b) after mixing the refinery gas and / or hydrogen gas, conveying the mixture into thehydrogen dissolving equipment between any two adjacent catalyst bed layers; after mixing with reaction material flows on the previous catalyst bed layer, conveying the mixture into the next catalyst bed layer and reacting; (c) after mixing the hydrogenation reaction flow obtained in step (b) and the refinery gas and the hydrogen gas in the hydrogen dissolving equipment, conveying mixed gas into ahydrogenation catalyst bed layer in a supplementation and hydrogenation reactor for reacting under a liquid-phase hydrogenation operation condition; (d) separating a hydrogenation reaction flowing-outsubstance obtained in step (c) into a gas phase and a liquid phase; separating the obtained gas phase and removing hydrogen sulfide; then continually separating to obtain hydrogen gas and refinery gas subjected to hydrogenation treatment .
