Abstract

The invention discloses a refinery gas hydrogenation combination processing technology. The process comprises the following steps: (a) mixing feedstock oil of residual oil and circulating oil with hydrogen in a hydrogen-dissolving device, and then enabling the product to enter hydrogenation catalyst bed layers in a hydrogenation reactor for carrying out a reaction under hydrogenation operating conditions, wherein a gas-dissolving device is arranged between the every two adjacent catalyst bed layers; (b) after mixing of refinery gas and / or the hydrogen, entering the gas-dissolving device arranged between any adjacent catalyst bed layers, mixing the product with a reactant stream coming from the previous catalyst bed layer, and then entering the next catalyst bed layer for carrying out a reaction; (c) mixing a hydrogenation reactant stream, obtained in the step (b), with the refinery gas and the hydrogen in the gas-dissolving devices, and then enabling the product to enter hydrogenationcatalyst bed layers in a supplementary hydrogenation reactor for carrying out a reaction under liquid phase hydrogenation operating conditions; (d) separating hydrogenation reaction effluent, obtainedin the step (c), into a gas phase and a liquid phase, removing hydrogen sulfide from the separated gas phase and then continuously separating to obtain hydrogen and the hydrotreated refinery gas.
