The bubble-free and low-surface-tension surfactant is prepared from the components in percentage by mass: 40-60% of PEG400MO, 35-50% of NP-4 and 5-15% of RM2020 which are simply heated and evenly mixed; and the RM2020 is a segmented copolymer of C8-C10 fatty alcohol ether EO and PO, after the RM2020 is diluted by 1000 times, foaming force is 0 mL, and the surface tension is 32-33 mN / m.
