The invention relates to a kilowatt-level underwater nuclear reactor power supply, comprising a fuel, a control drum, a radial reflection layer, a safety rod passage, a heat pipe and an axial reflection layer; the fuel is a columnar uranium-molybdenum alloy fuel, wherein the safety rod a passage and a heat pipe passage are arranged; the heat pipe is inserted into the heat pipe passage around the safety rod passage; the radial reflection layer is arranged on the outer side of the fuel, and the axial reflection layer is arranged at two ends of the fuel; the control drum is uniformly arranged inthe radial reflection layer. The kilowatt-level underwater nuclear reactor power supply has the beneficial effects as follows: the use of the uranium-molybdenum alloy fuel can avoid the risk of nuclear proliferation by using the fuel with a low degree of enrichment; the scheme uses the heat pipe to guide out core heat, eliminating two larger pressurized water circuits of TRIOS, and the heat pipe has the advantages of being passive and achieving non-single point failure.
