The invention relates to a financial statement generation system and a method thereof, and the system comprises a data storage unit which is used for storing various data; a login management unit usedfor logging in an operator, and inputting data required by a report form into the data storage unit after the operator logs in a corresponding interface; and a data collection unit used for collecting data input by an operator and storing the data into the data storage unit.
