The organic light emitting diode panel comprises: a substrate and a plurality of organic light emittingdiodes, wherein the plurality of organic light emitting diodes are located on the substrate, and a plurality of the organic light emitting diodes are not completely identical in color, first electrodes of the plurality of organic light emitting diodes are configured to bear a same voltage, and second electrodes of the plurality of organic light emitting diodes having a same illuminating color areconfigured to bear a same voltage. Therefore, the organic light emitting diode panel can respectively control the organic light emitting diodes having different light emitting colors to respectivelyemit light, thereby controlling the color of the mixed light emitted by the panel.
