Abstract

The invention provides an application of butyric acid compounds in inhibiting long-chain non-coding RNA-H19. The butyric acid compounds are selected from at least one of butyric acid, butyrate and butyric acid derivatives. The effective concentration and the effective dose of the butyric acid compounds are 5-200 mM and 0.5-20 mmol/kg/d, respectively. For the first time, the invention finds that butyric acid compounds can be used as a specific inhibitor of long-chain non-coding RNA-H19, and can effectively inhibit abnormally elevated H19 in diseases. In a carbon tetrachloride model and a bile duct ligation model, the expression level of H19 is dozens of times higher than that in a normal group; after intervention with butyric acid compounds, the expression level of H19 is significantly reduced; and the butyric acid compounds are very effective in preventing the occurrence and development of diseases, and can effectively prevent and treat tissue and organ damage, fibrosis, canceration and many diseases due to various causes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of food and medicine, in particular to the application of a butyric acid compound in inhibiting long-chain non-coding RNA-H19. Background technique [0002] H19 is the first long non-coding RNA discovered. The long non-coding RNA encoded by the H19 gene is normally underexpressed, but it is abnormally elevated in many diseases and has been proven to play an important role. H19 has the effect of accelerating tissue and organ damage, fatty degeneration, fibrosis, tissue sclerosis, etc. caused by various reasons, and is effective in various diseases such as metabolic diseases, obstructive diseases, non-alcoholic liver diseases, diabetes, and parenteral nutrition-related liver diseases. play an important role in injury. Abnormal expression of H19 is also considered to be closely related to a variety of tumors, such as liver cancer, lung cancer, malignant hematological diseases, breast cancer, cervical cancer, ...
