The present application provides a voice control method, electronic equipment and a system, and relates to the technical field of voice control. In a multi-device scenario, the problem that a failureto response can be caused due to the fact that a voice assistant of a device nearest to a user is woken up and only the voice assistant can respond to a voice command of the user is solved. Accordingto the specific scheme, in the multi-device scenario, after the user speaks a wake-up word, one of multiple devices is selected to perform wake-up response through multi-device wake-up arbitration, and the device which performs the wake-up response collects the voice command spoken by the user. According to the collected voice command, an event corresponding to the voice command can be executed bythe device which has the function of executing the event corresponding to the voice command through the multi-device capability arbitration, and the response to the voice command is completed.
