280 results about "SERCOS interface" patented technology

In the field of Industrial Control Systems, the interfacing of various control components must provide means to coordinate the signals and commands sent between control modules. While tight coordination is desirable for discrete inputs and outputs, it is especially important in motion controls, where directing the movement of individual axis of motion must be precisely coordinated so that the motion of the entire system follows a desired path. Types of equipment requiring such coordination are, for example, metal cutting machine tools, metal forming equipment, assembly machinery, packaging machinery, robotics, printing machinery and material handling equipment. The Sercos (serial real-time communication system) interface is a globally standardized open digital interface for the communication between industrial controls, motion devices (drives) and input output devices (I/O). Sercos I and II are classified as standards IEC 61491 and EN 61491. Sercos III is specified in standards IEC 61800-7; IEC 61784-1, -2, -3 and IEC 61158. Sercos is designed to provide hard real-time, high performance communications between industrial motion controls and digital servo drives.

Method and apparatus to dynamically create a customized user interface based on a document type definition

A method on an information processing unit performing steps for creating a user interface (UI) to assemble a document that conforms to a particular document type definition. The method hides the specific syntax of document type definitions such as DTDs and schemas from the user. The method begins with a selection from a user for a document type or an existing document. Once the document type is selected or determined from the existing document the document type definitions are retrieved. The document type definitions include one or more elements. The method parses the elements which are subsequently mapped to one or more interface controls such as icons, pull-down menus, buttons, selection boxes, progress indicators, on-off checkmarks, scroll bars, windows, window edges for resizing the window, toggle buttons, forms, and UI widgets. UI can be GUIs or interactive voice response systems. A UI editor is presented by assembling the one or more interface controls without presenting specific document type definition syntax to a user. The UI editor permits the user to create and edit the content objects that are associated with the interface controls. The content objects are aggregated in an XML compatible format and ready to be checked in for further processing. The method permits specific UI interfaces to be created for specific publishing environments and at the same time permit the creation of reusable content objects.

Uniform interface management method and system

The invention provides a uniform interface management method and system. The method comprises the following steps that: obtaining the protocol information of each service interface in an interface warehouse, wherein the protocol information comprises an interface type, an incoming parameter, an outgoing parameter, a routing rule, calling overtime time and a data mapping rule; according to a business request which is sent to an HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) interface by a user, obtaining a routing rule in the protocol information of the HTTP interface, and determining a service interfacecalled by the HTTP interface according to the routing rule; according to the protocol information, obtaining the interface type of the called service interface, and calling the service interface according to the incoming parameter and the outgoing parameter of the interface type; and obtaining business data returned from the called service interface, and sending the business data to the user according to a data mapping rule. By use of the method, different service interfaces can be uniformly managed and monitored, in addition, various routing rules are used for effectively lowering the development and maintenance cost of functions including tangential flow, gated lunch and the like.

Cluster automobile diagnosis information platform

InactiveCN102385380ARealize sending and receiving information transmissionElectric testing/monitoringSERCOS interfaceGeneral Packet Radio Service
The invention discloses a cluster automobile diagnosis information platform, which comprises a general packet radio service (GPRS) / the third generation telecommunication (3G) communication network, a long-distance automobile diagnosis service system and an automobile traveling dynamic diagnosis fault alarm device arranged on each automobile. Collection and diagnosis of the cluster type automobile traveling dynamic information are achieved by means of the fault alarm device. A function controller, a storage device, a test interface, a data collection interface and a data transmission interface are included. A logic function interface of on-board diagnostics (OBD) / controller area network (CAN) of the test interface is connected with a corresponding connector of the OBD / CAN of the automobile, and the data collection interface is connected with a universal serial bus (USB) interface of a vehicle-mounted video information collection and image pick-up device. The data transmission interface is connected with the GPRS data transmission module, the GPRS data transmission module is communicated with a long-distance automobile diagnosis service system through the GPRS / 3G communication network to transmit and receive information. The function controller is further connected with a liquid crystal display (LCD) screen, the storage device, the test interface, the data collection interface and the data transmission interface.
