The method comprises the following steps: extracting security knowledge from network security data toconstruct a basic knowledge base; performing knowledge fusion on the safety knowledge; performing knowledge processing on the safety knowledge to obtain an extended knowledge base; constructing a Markov random field according to the extended knowledge base, and predicting a network security risk situation; wherein the network security situation prediction device comprises a knowledge extractor, aknowledge fusion device, a knowledge processor and a security predictor.
