The method for joining the alliance chain comprises the steps that a first node receives a joining request broadcasted by a target node; the validity of the joining request is verified based on the valid certificate list; when the validity verification is passed, the first node performs a consensus process in the alliance chain based on the joining request which is not subjected to threshold encryption; and when the joining request passes the consensus, the first node sends a first message to the target node. The alliance chain quitting method comprises the steps that a first node receives a quitting request broadcasted by a target node; the validity of the quitting request is verified based on the invalid certificate list; when the validity verification is passed, the first node runs a consensus process in the alliance chain based on the quitting request without threshold encryption; and when the quitting request passes the consensus, the first node sends a first message to the target node. Based on the process, the efficiency of adding the target node into the alliance chainor exiting from the alliance chain is relatively high.
