Abstract

The invention discloses a pixel circuit, a driving method thereof and a display panel. The pixel circuit comprises a reset circuit, a data writing circuit, a compensation circuit and a driving circuit. The reset circuit is connected to the first end of a light-emitting element, and is configured to apply a reset voltage to the first end of the light-emitting element under the control of a reset control signal so as to reset the first end of the light-emitting element; the data writing circuit is connected to the first end of the driving circuit and is configured to write a data signal into thefirst end of the driving circuit under the control of the scanning signal; the compensation circuit is connected to the second end and the control end of the driving circuit, and is configured to write reset voltage into the control end of the driving circuit when the reset circuit applies the reset voltage under the control of the compensation control signal, and write a compensation signal based on the data signal into the control end of the driving circuit when the data writing circuit writes the data signal; the driving circuit is configured to control a driving current that drives the light emitting element to emit light.
