Disclosed is an intelligent connected plug-in hybrid electric vehicle cooperative optimization energy management method. The method comprises the following steps that 1) an intelligent connected plug-in hybrid electric vehicle acquires speed limit conditions of a time domain and a space domain through an intelligent transportation system; 2) an objective function is established by utilizing dynamic programming according to the control variables and state variables of the speed limit conditions of the time domain and the space domain in the step 1) and the limit conditions of the cooperative optimization energy management method; 3) vehicle terminal state constraint is realized by using a travel distance adjusting factor in the time domain and a travel time adjusting factor in the space domain according to the objective function in the step 2); 4) intelligent connected plug-in hybrid electric vehicle cooperative optimization energy management is carried out by dynamic programming by combining the speed limit conditions in the step 1), the control variables, the state variables and the objective function in the step 2) and the vehicle terminal state constraint in the step 3); and 5)cooperative optimization energy management method in the step 4) is simplified.
