The invention discloses a method for culturing little yellow croakers by artificially desalting seawater salinity. The method particularly includes the steps: (1) disinfecting two culture water tanksand four desalting water barrels, preparing the seawater salinity of one culture water tank to reach 2.6-3.2%, preparing the seawater salinity of the other culture water tank to reach 0.6%, and preparing the seawater salinity of four desalting water barrels to reach 2.2%, 1.8%, 1.4% and 1.0%; (2) selecting well-fed adult little yellow croakers without wound surfaces, placing the selected little yellow croakers into the culture water tank with the seawater salinity of 2.6-3.2% to temporarily culture the little yellow croakers; (3) sequentially transferring the little yellow croakers into the desalting water barrels with the salinity of 2.2%, 1.8%, 1.4% and 1.0%, and keeping the little yellow croakers into the desalting water barrels for 4 hours to hunger the little yellow croakers; (4) transferring the little yellow croakers into the culture water tank with the salinity of 0.6% from the desalting water barrels.
