The moistening moisturizing lipstick disclosed by the invention reservesbasic characteristics of nourishing and coloring of a lipstick, besides, through an emulsifying technique, about 10% of water phase moisturizing components are prepared into a stable water-in-oil emulsifying system, water phase components are stabilized in the system but are not demulsified to separate, besides, due hardness of the lipstick can be reserved, and the lipstick can be shaped. When the moistening moisturizing lipstick is used for making-up, unique moisturizing moistening sense and cool and refreshing sense can be caused.
