The preparation of the emulsion comprises the following steps: performing emulsification treatment to prepare an epoxy-monomer pre-emulsion under the stirring condition, and adding an initiator under a certain process conditions so as to react to prepare the epoxy modified polyacrylate emulsion. The emulsion has the average particle size of not more than 100 mu and is high in storage stability, solvent resistance, salt fog resistance and hardness, and the storage time of the emulsion exceeds six months even can exceed one year. When being applied to waterborne glass baking finish, the emulsion can resist 50% ethanol, a condition that an abnormal phenomenon is avoided within 48 hours can be achieved, the hardness can be over 3H, and the salt fog resistance exceeds 650 hours. The method is stable in polymerization, the requirement on the stirring speed is low in the process of performing epoxy-monomer mixing, emulsification and polymerization, and the method is extremely favorable for industrial production.

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a lignosulfonate cold-recycled asphalt emulsifier. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding amine to a lignosulfonate solution, wherein the molar mass of the added amine accounts for 0.125%-0.5% of mass of lignosulfonate; (2) heating and dropwise adding aldehyde; then, heating again and reacting to obtain an intermediate lignosulfonate polyethylene polyamine, wherein the molar ratio of the added aldehyde to the added amine in step (1) is (1:1)to (4:1); (3) cooling, adding a lignosulfonate solution which is identical to the solution in the step (1) in concentration and mass, and stirring evenly; and (4) heating, dropwise adding aldehyde to the mixed solution obtained in the step (3), and then carrying out heating reaction to obtain a target product. The fluidity loss caused by a sulfonate radical is compensated by increasing the steric hindrance of the lipophilic group of the lignosulfonate emulsifier; the operable time of the cold-recycled asphalt mixture can be greatly prolonged; and the haul distance of the cold-recycled mixture is prolonged. By adjusting proper preparation conditions, the emulsification effect of the product is ensured while the yield is improved.

The invention discloses a polyether-type water-based polyurethane emulsion and a preparation method thereof. The micromolecule diol and diisocyanate are prepolymerized, the chain segment formed by reaction with polyether chain segment has lower phase reversal difficulty than the polyether prepolymer in the emulsifying process, and the emulsion process can be easily completed when the molecular weight is lower. The Co-60-gamma ray is utilized to perform irradiation crosslinking on the emulsion obtained from the polyurethane prepolymer, thereby effectively enhancing the molecular weight of the water-based polyurethane; and thus, the water-based polyurethane emulsion has high solid content and favorable mechanical properties.
