Problems solved by technology

The traditional method of detecting arsenic form in environmental and biological samples is usually extraction, but due to the problems of extraction efficiency and recovery rate, there is a certain deviation between the measurement results and the actual level in the sample

[0022] 1) Sampling

[0023] ① Collection of razor clams: Healthy razor clams were obtained from a clam farm in Ningde City, Fujian Province in August 2018. To minimize the effect of body size on the As concentration results, uniformly sized samples were chosen.

[0024] ②Sediment collection: In August 2018, surface sediment (clay) was collected in Shenzhen Seaside Park. To avoid heterogeneity, sediment layers at different depths were mixed and thoroughly homogenized.

[0025] ③ Seawater: The seawater is prepared in the laboratory itself, the sea salt is recrystallized sea salt, and the salinity of seawater is 23‰.

[0026] 2) Purification and exposure of razor clams

[0027] The freshly collected razor clams are kept temporarily in artificial seawater with a salinity of 23‰ at 25°C and fed with seaweed powder (60-65% protein; 15-20% carbohydrates, 5% fat, 5-8% minerals) once a day. %, total arsenic 0.85±0.03 μg / g), the culture room light:dark is 12:12 hours. After one wee...

Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-ecological model for simulating arsenic circulation on the earth. The micro-ecological model comprises benthic shellfish, sediments, seawater and a DGT device, whereinsinonovacula constricta is selected as the benthic shellfish. In the model, the sediments and the seawater form a sediment-water microcosm system (SWM), the sinonovacula constricta is placed in the sediment-water microcosm system, and the DGT device is inserted into the sediment-water microcosm system. According to the model, the biological disturbance effect is fully considered in the simulationprocess, the biological disturbance effect plays an important role in the sediment-water migration and transformation process, and the biological disturbance effect can cause change of microorganismsin the sediments. Besides, the seawater and the sediments are deeply layered, so that millimeter-scale measurement is achieved, and the migration and transformation rule of arsenic in the sediments isanalyzed more finely. Therefore, compared with a traditional detection method, the DGT technology can detect the concentration change of arsenic at different depths, and the concentration change is closer to the real value of the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of ecology, in particular to a micro-ecological simulation method of the earth's arsenic cycle. Background technique [0002] Arsenic (As) is a typical toxic metalloid and one of the most harmful environmental pollutants. At the same time, arsenic is also one of the most serious carcinogens. Long-term intake will increase the incidence of skin, lung, bladder, kidney, liver, prostate cancer, and some non-cancer diseases, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and neurological disorders. The above expressions are derived from the literature. Arsenic from various sources flows into the ocean, especially in sediments, through land runoff, atmospheric deposition, sewage outlets, ocean dumping, etc., and then enters the marine food chain and is transmitted to marine animals (such as razor clam and fish). Human health poses a serious threat. [0003] Sediments play an important role in the global cycle of arsenic as ...
