Abstract

The application relates to a system, method and device for automatic fabric stacking control of fabric discharge deviation. The automatic fabric stacking control system comprises a first sorting device disposed on the front end of a current process, a second sorting device which can provide tension for fabric sorting by the first sorting device, a fabric discharge deviation detector which can generate deviation detection information, a fabric guide device which outputs a fabric adjusted by the second sorting device to a next process as well as a controller electrically connected to the fabricdischarge deviation detector, wherein the deviation detection information represents whether the fabric adjusted by the second sorting device is deviated; and the controller controls the fabric guidedevice to stop work and controls the second sorting device to stop rotation when fabric discharge deviation is determined according to the deviation detection information; the controller can control the first sorting device to maintain strength of the current tension, so the fabric treated by the first sorting device can be automatically stacked in a fabric stacking box; and the first sorting device and the second sorting device are disposed on a first box wall and a second box wall, facing each other, of the fabric stacking box respectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to an automatic stacking control system, method and device for fabric delivery deviation. Background technique [0002] During the finishing process of the fabric, due to the deviation of the leveling of the mechanical guide rollers, it is easy to cause the fabric to deviate when the fabric is released, and the deviation will easily cause the fabric roll to deviate, or even collapse, wrinkle and other quality problems, resulting in a decrease in the quality level or even a repair or scrapped. [0003] At present, after the fabric deviates, it still mainly depends on the operator. The operator needs to stop the equipment and restart the operation after the overall fabric is finished. However, the shutdown of the equipment will affect the fabric being finished, and it is easy to cause color, strength, fastness, etc. Quality issues. [0004] During the implementation process, the ...
