The three partition plates are alternately arranged vertically, the front partition plate and the rear partition plate are connected with the bottom plate of the box body, the middle partition plate is connected with the top plate of the box body, an inspection hole with a cover plate is arranged in the top plate of the box body, an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe whichare automatically opened and closed are further arranged on the front portion of the top plate, and the solar fan is connected with the air inlet pipe through a pipeline. The positive pressure air seal in the box body is adopted to disconnect the hydraulic connection of the front and rear pipelines and release the air in the box body to re-connect the front and rear pipelines so that the pipelineflow regulation control is realized.
