Embodiment Construction

[0029] Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0030] [first embodiment]

[0031] Such as figure 1 and 2 As shown, in the drum-type flying shear according to the first embodiment, two extractable bearing frames 12 on the left and right are installed in the frame 11 as a pair. The left and right bearing frames 12 are assembled into an integral assembly using connecting bolts (not shown). Inside the bearing frame 12, a pair of upper rollers 13 and lower rollers 14 are supported so as to be rotatable and move up and down toward and away from each other. The drums 13 and 14 respectively have shearing blades 13a and 14a on their outer peripheries in the axial direction thereof. That is, the upper roller 13 has a shaft end supported by the bearing frame 12 via the eccentric bush 15 , and the lower roller 14 has a shaft end supported by the bearing frame 12 via the eccentric bush 16 . By rotating the ec...

Abstract

A rotary drum type flying shear, wherein upper and lower rotary drums having shear blades are supported on a bearing frame through accentric sleeve, respectively, so that only the supper rotary drum can be rotated by a drive motor the eccentric sleeves are rotated by a drive motor so that the rotary drums can be moved toward and away from each other, interlocking gears are fixed to the shaft end parts of the rotary drums, respectively, so that they can be interlocked with each other when the rotary drums are moved toward each other, and Oldham's couplings are installed between the interlocking gears and synchronizing gears, respectively, so that the rotary drums can be rotated synchronously at all times.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a drum-type flying shear used in a hot-rolling production line and the like. Background technique [0002] For example, in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 123919 / 1993, there is disclosed a drum-type flying shear used in a hot rolling line or the like. Figure 8 The outline of the conventional drum-type flying shear disclosed in this document is shown. [0003] In the traditional drum type flying shear, such as Figure 8 As shown, a withdrawable bearing frame 102 is installed inside the frame 101 . An upper roller 103 and a lower roller 104 are rotatably supported in the bearing frame 102 as a pair and they can move toward and away from each other. The drums 103 and 104 have shearing blades 103a and 104a on their outer peripheral portions in the axial direction thereof, respectively. That is, the upper drum 103 has a shaft end supported by the bearing frame 102 through the eccentric sleeve 105 , and the lower drum 1...
