The effective components in the medicament are glyphosate, glufosinate-ammonium and gibberellin; wherein the mass ratio of the glyphosate to the glufosinate-ammonium tothe gibberellin is 100:55:(1.125-9). According to the invention, by means of the physiological regulation effect of gibberellin on plants, compared with the prior art, the glyphosate and glufosinate-ammonium compounded herbicide has the advantages that the conductivity of the herbicides glyphosate and glufosinate-ammonium in plants is improved, so that the compounding of glyphosate and glufosinate-ammonium has an obvious synergistic effect, and the use amount and spraying times of the herbicides are reduced; a reliable guarantee is provided for effectively removing mikania micrantha in a large-area mikania micrantha invasion field, and good economic and ecological benefits.
