A stator comprises a stator iron core; the stator core is provided with a plurality of grooves in a circumferential direction; a first motor stator armature winding is arranged in each groove; second motor stator armature windings are arranged in every two spaced grooves; stator harmonic windings are arranged in grooves without the second motor stator armature windings; a rotor comprises a rotor iron core; the rotor ironcore comprises main teeth and branch teeth; the branch teeth are arranged at the ends of the main teeth; the main teeth are sleeved with rotor excitation windings; and the branch teeth are sleeved with rotor harmonic windings. The fractional slot structure is adopted, and therefore, the tooth harmonic electromotive force of the rotor harmonic windings is suppressed, and wide-range excitation adjustment is realized; excitation is realized by adopting the stator harmonic windings, so that brushless excitation and main flux adjustment are convenient to realize.
