The invention provides a display device. The display device includes a display unit, a degradation compensator and a data driver. The display unit includes first and second pixels disposed in first and second regions, respectively. The degradation compensator generates a first compensated grayscale value by compensating a first grayscale value for the first pixel based on a first degradation curveand generates a second compensated grayscale value by compensating a second grayscale value for the second pixel based on a second degradation curve, where the first and second degradation curves define luminance reduction rates according to accumulated usage time of the first and second pixels, respectively. A data driver generates first and second data signals based on the first and second compensated grayscale values, respectively, and supplies the first and second data signals to the first and second pixels, respectively. A transmittance of the second region is greater than a transmittance of the first region.
