According to the discharge port disinfection method of the invention, the internal space of the discharge port is fully utilized; through the ingenious design of the multifunctional wheel shaft and the power transmission device, the arrangement and rotation of the multi-component oxidation synergistic ultraviolet lamp in the discharge port are achieved; and efficient disinfection, water quality purification and stink removal of water discharged from the discharge port are achieved through the combined action of the multi-component oxidants and the ultraviolet lamp and the multifunctional regulation and control of the operation control device.
