[0028] The samples used in this experiment are all from Guangxi, among which the common Camellia came from Sanmenjiang Forest Farm in Liuzhou, Guangxi, and the Vietnamese Camellia came from Pingxiang County and Ningming County in Chongzuo, Guangxi, which are marked as: Honghu Subfield-Taohuadao (T), Ma Santangtun (S) of Dongcun Village and Nongzhangtun (N) of Madong Village. Fragrant Flower Camellia comes from Nanning, Guangxi and is labeled XH. A total of 109 representative varieties of Camellia oleifera were selected for analysis, including 25 common camellias, 42 Vietnamese camellias, and 42 fragrant flower camellias.
[0029] Collection method: Pick 1-2 fresh leaves from the Camellia oleifera tree by manual picking, put them in ziplock bags, and mark them with corresponding numbers. Store in a -20°C refrigerator in the laboratory. In this experiment, the fresh leaves taken will be used as test materials for extracting Camellia oleifera genomic DNA. ...
