According to the method provided by the invention, natural spawning of the parent fish in a culture pond can be achieved in a regulation period of 60-77 days and high-quality fertilized eggs are obtained; the spawning period can be advanced by 1-2 months in comparison with that in the natural world, and the spawning period can last up to 45-60 days; the fertilization rate reaches 90% or above; and the hatching rate reaches 70% or above.
