The method has the advantages that: the method breeds the new wheat high-molecular-weight glutenin subunit mutant line by combining 60Co-Gamma ray radiation with the electrophoresis and combining the field planting with indoor electrophoresis screening; and the result is accurate, scientific and reliable.
