This invention relates to the field of microbial inoculants, and particularly to a compound inoculant for controlling soil-borne diseases in farmland based on
endophytic bacteria, and its preparation method. The compound inoculant is composed of a main inoculant, auxiliary inoculants, and a
fungicide. The main inoculant includes *Talaromyces sp. strain HBUM07170*, *
Rhizobium sp. NXC24*, and *
Methylobacterium brachiatum*, while the auxiliary inoculants include *
Mycobacterium sp.*, *Caulobacter sp.*, *
Penicillium sp.*, and *Pyronema omphalodes*, with each strain having a concentration of not less than 10%. 8 The concentration of CFU / ml is 1:1 (main
bacterial agent mixture to auxiliary
bacterial agent mixture), and
tebuconazole is used as the
fungicide. During preparation, each
bacterial strain is activated and cultured separately, then mixed according to the specified volume ratio before adding
tebuconazole and stirring to dissolve. This invention's compound
bacterial agent exhibits synergistic effects among the bacterial strains, effectively antagonizing
Fusarium oxysporum, reducing the incidence and mortality of lily wilt, and promoting
plant growth. It combines biological control with chemical-assisted antibacterial effects and can be used in the preparation of control formulations for soil-borne diseases in farmland and lily wilt.
