The system comprises a cooperation mechanism system, an Internet of Things system, a rightsand interests management system and a plurality of verification nodes. The plurality of verification nodes construct a block chain; the cooperation mechanism system is used for acquiring project associated information and personnel information, and linking the project associated information and the personnel information to a verification node on the blockchain network; the Internet of Things system is used for collecting field data of a project and linking the field data to the verification node on the blockchain network; the verification node is used for consensus of the received project associated information, personnel information and/or field data to other verification nodes in the blockchain network; the rights and interests management system is used for: acquiring consensus field data, project association information and personnel information in the blockchain network according to the received management instruction; and analyzing the field data, the project associated information and the personnel information to obtain a project management state, and echoing the project management state to other verification nodes in the blockchain network through the connected verificationnodes.
