The invention relates to a bio-robot eye system which comprises a robot eye body, a pair of eyeballs, a pair of upper eyelids, a pair of lower eyelids, a robot eyeball drive system, a robot eyelid drive system and a robot eye controller. The robot eye body comprises a front panel and a back panel; and the pair of eyeballs comprises a first eyeball and a second eyeball. The front panel, the upper eyelids and the lower eyelids form a first eye socket and a second eye socket. The first eyeball and the second eyeball are respectively arranged in the first eye socket and the second eye socket; andthe first eye socket and the second eye socket limit the corresponding first eyeball and second eyeball to enable the first eyeball and second eyeball to only rotate around corresponding first eyeballcenter and second eyeball center. The robot eyeball drive system comprises a longitudinal eyeball drive mechanism and a horizontal eyeball drive mechanism. The robot eyeball drive system and the robot eyelid drive system can simultaneously and independently drive the robot eyeballs and the robot eyelids.
