The sound insulation performance testing device comprises: a reverberation chamber (100), which is provided with a mounting hole communicated with an internal space of the reverberation chamber (100) and an external space outside the reverberation chamber (100); an excitation air source (200), which is arranged in the external space, and is provided with an air outlet (210); a sound acquisition member (300), which is arranged in the internal space; specifically, the excitation air source (200) is used for generating airflow which flows out of the air outlet (210) and acts on a to-be-tested object under the condition thatthe to-be-tested object is installed in the mounting hole, so that the to-be-tested object vibrates to radiate noise; and the sound acquisition member (300) is used for acquiring a sound signal in the reverberation chamber (100) when an airflow acts on the to-be-tested object.
