According to the safe driving aid system and method utilizing environmentalnoise, the equipment and the storable medium invention, environmental noise is converted into a spectrogram; different features in the spectrogram are extracted through different learning models, wherein the features comprise sound pressure change features and frequency change features; the sound pressure change features are used for representing the relative speeds of vehicles in a blind area and a driving vehicle; the frequency change features are used for representing the types of the vehicles (cars, trucks and the like) in the blind area; the sound pressure change features and the frequency change features are compared with features extracted from historical data, and the distance between the vehicles in the blind area and the driving vehicles is judged, so that a driver is reminded,and whether lane changing is suitable or not is selected according to the feedback distance.
