The invention discloses a doubly-fed wind turbine generator set control method and device and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: detecting the operation state data of a doubly-fed wind turbine generator set in real time, and judging whether the doubly-fed wind turbine generator set generates system frequency disturbance or not; in response to no system frequency disturbance, performing fan control in a maximum power tracking mode, otherwise, starting a torque limit control mode to perform fan control; in the torque limit control mode, the doubly-fed fan firstly providing constant power support, and then active output linearly decreasing along with the rotating speed until the difference between the output electromagnetic power of the doubly-fed fan and the captured mechanical power approaches zero; and in the acceleration stage, the active power of the doubly-fed induction generator slowly descending in a slope manner along with time, then keeping constant until theactive power is equal to the maximum power tracking output value, and finally returning to the maximum power tracking control state. By means of the method, the rotating speed of the double-fed fan can be recovered more quickly, meanwhile, secondary frequency drop can be avoided to a large extent, and the lowest frequency drop point can be effectively increased in different frequency responses.
