Abstract

The invention provides a login authentication method and system, a terminal and a server, and the method comprises the steps: initiating an access request to a first server, the access request comprising the identity information of the terminal; obtaining an authentication session returned by the first server; sending the authentication session to a second server, so that the second server verifies whether the login state of the terminal is valid according to the authentication session; and if a confirmation instruction returned by the second server is received, accessing the second server. When the terminal is accessed across servers, the terminal carries authentication sessions to the servers to be accessed, login operation does not need to be executed again, and the servers do not needto synchronize a large number of authentication sessions to verify the login state. Therefore, the technical problem of poorer authentication accuracy caused by synchronization delay or authenticationsession loss possibly occurring when the servers synchronize the authentication session can be effectively avoided, the login authentication accuracy of the terminal during cross-server access is improved, and meanwhile, a large amount of authentication session operations synchronized between the servers are also saved.
