Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1) defining the output external characteristics of a virtual power plant; 2) aggregating a plurality of distributed power supplies to construct a virtual power plant main body; 3) establishing a virtual power plant multi-objective optimization scheduling model by taking the optimized virtual power plant output external characteristics, the maximized virtual power plant operation income and the minimized virtual power plant carbon emission as scheduling objective functions; and 4) converting multiple objectives in the virtual power plant multi-objective optimization scheduling model into single objectives, linearizing nonlinear conditions, and solving by adopting a mixed integer linear programming method to obtain scheduling statistical information including a wind power photovoltaic output condition, charging and discharging time and power of energy storage equipment, and charging and discharging time and power of an electric motor car.
