The method comprises the steps of obtaining at least two paths of video streams from different collection devices located on the same main body, wherein the video streams comprise target video clips when the same state of the main body of the acquisition equipment changes; then determining synchronous compensation values of at least two paths of video streams according to the target video clips; then determining to-be-synchronized video clips in the at least two paths of video streams, and performing synchronous compensation on the to-be-synchronized video clips according to the synchronous compensation values. The synchronization compensation value of the video stream is determined according to the target video clip corresponding to the main body state change, and then the to-be-synchronized video clip is subjected to synchronization compensation according to the synchronization compensation value, so that the synchronization of each video stream can be dynamically balanced, and the synchronization error caused by transmission can be reduced or eliminated; and the method is realized without atimestamp, so that high-precision synchronous transmission can be realized with relatively low cost.
