According to the invention, single-path laser output of a laser device is changed into double-path laser output through a one-to-two optical fiber patch cord; laser collimation and 90-degree deflection of a light path are achieved through the light path deflection and adjustment assembly, and laser penetrates through a culture solution-free area in the culture bottle and is received by an infrared detector on the detection circuit board after passing through internal gas; and the infrared detector converts a received laser signal into an electric signal as a signal basis for judging whether bacteria grow in the culture bottle or not.
