The invention discloses a method and a kit for rapidly separating and identifying
bacteria in blood of a
bacteremia patient, belongs to the technical field of
bacteria detection, and aims to solve the problems of low separation efficiency, long time consumption and poor specificity in the existing
bacteria separation and enrichment technology. Magnetic particles with
inert material coatings are prepared aiming at G-bacteria and G + bacteria in blood of a
bacteremia patient, the G-bacteria and the G + bacteria are captured by utilizing the specificity of the magnetic particles, then separation or
enrichment culture is carried out on a compound of the magnetic particles and the bacteria after erythrocyte splitting
decomposition and
centrifugation are carried out to remove impurities, and the compound of the magnetic particles and the bacteria is obtained. Therefore, efficient sorting and enrichment of bacteria in the blood sample of the
bacteremia patient are realized. The
inert coating on the surface of the magnetic particle reduces the steps of non-
specific adsorption, specific binding of the
antibody to bacteria and splitting
decomposition of red blood cells, so that
impurity interference is remarkably reduced; the
treatment time is obviously shortened, and the enrichment efficiency is enhanced.
